Upon termination for cause, gt777 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting gt777 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
